I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying its beautiful ambiance and wonderful pool area. However, the limited dining options were a letdown, especially with the overpriced dinner buffet. The shuttle service to Vilamoura was disappointing, as we experienced long waits and mismanagement, which really affected our plans. Despite these issues, I found the breakfast to be a great value.
