I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying its beautiful ambiance and wonderful pool area. However, the limited dining options were a letdown, especially with the overpriced dinner buffet. The shuttle service to Vilamoura was disappointing, as we experienced long waits and mismanagement, which really affected our plans. Despite these issues, I found the breakfast to be a great value.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the surroundings are stunning and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway, I faced issues with cleanliness and the service didn’t quite meet expectations. The dining was a highlight, but the limited hours for the facilities left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. Overall, it had its bright spots but definitely needs some areas of improvement.
