The breakfast room offered scenic golf course views and it was romantic. I liked the valet parking. The hotel provided excellent cleaning more than daily. I also noticed excellent customer focus.

The hotel location is fairly isolated. There is almost NOTHING in the vicinity

The staff was attentive. They remembered my name and preferences. the pool area featured comfortable loungers and umbrellas. It provided ample shade. breakfast offered diverse options. I tried fresh fruit, pastries, and omelets. valet parking was quick and efficient. I never waited long for my car.

The gym equipment seemed a little outdated. Some machines showed wear and tear.

i was a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the grounds. i noticed some areas looked a little tired, like the landscaping could use some attention and some general maintenance seemed overdue. also, the service at the pool bar was quite slow (it was hard to get someone's attention). i often waited longer than expected for drinks, it got a little frustrating.

Inconsistent Service and Maintenance Issues

The service began poorly upon arrival. I waited four hours for my room to be ready after being initially told it would only be an hour. The pool area lacked enough loungers for all guests. At breakfast, a staff member tried to serve me bacon after I had informed them I was vegetarian. (I was quite shocked by this oversight.)
